I was told that my home was sold and deposit made however when I questioned why we still had open houses it was ‘to keep our options open’. After I said no to an inspection I was told that there was no deposit made on my place and it was still on the market. During the exchange process there was a lot of miscommunication between them and my conveyencer and both parties were quick to point the finger at the other, but only when I would chase them up to get an update.

I am a little disappointed at the fee's for handling my property. A bit too high.
