My wife and I bought the property from Troy at HF Richardson in 2012 as an investment. From the very beginning Richardson looked after the property with good reliable tenants that are still there. When we decided to sell property in August 2021 we were in lock down with the Pandemic, but Troy assured us that everything would work out fine.
