The sale of our house could not have gone any smoother. The whole process was made easy thanks Troy, his immense knowledge and great communication ensured we were never left wondering.

As the sellers we were so happy to slap the sold sticker on our property. The service and experience provided to us by Richardson Real Estate, Troy and Josh were superior to other experiences in the past. Communication and understanding of our wants and needs were amazing. We cannot thank Troy enough.

Troy was great from the start, he knew we had a time line with the property and that it needed to be sold by a certain date. From the moment it hit the market he was all over it having open days and inspections and he delivered. The house sold in the time frame given so for that we are very grateful and much appreciative.
