However, I felt very confident putting my full trust in Troy and believed that he would deliver the outcome I needed - which he certainly did! Within two weeks of my property being on the market, we received multiple offers and had a signed unconditional contract with a sale price and settlement terms we were more than happy with! There were definitely a few speed bumps along the way but these were managed extremely well and dealt with professionally and in a timely manner to get the sale across the line in the end. I was positively surprised by his initial valuation range for the property I was selling and wondered whether this was just a ploy to win my business. But I was absolutely wrong - Troy sold the property within the range he had initially discussed. He is also a very good listener. I had some specific requirements about how I wished to be engaged during the sales process. After I explained these to Troy I never had to mention my requirements again. He immediately understood what I wanted and his actions were always supportive of my requirements. A great real estate agent and highly recommended.
