Troy was very efficient and active when selling our property. We felt extremely comfortable leaving our property in his hands. The only minor negative I would have is we should have taken the first offer, which was at the sale price. Sadly we eventually sold our property for 10k less which was both our fault and the agents. We collectively thought we could get more than the sale price due to the interest in the property, but all fell through. A risk in all sales. But we were very impressed with Troy and his passion for real estate. He even took phone calls on his holidays. Thanks Troy
As a former licensed estate agent, it was great to find another agent who was a great communicator, honest and straight and worked extremely well for us as the seller. The listing/sales system for your office is excellent too! I would have liked to have that when I had my office. You DO get what you pay for...don't accept the cheapest agent! Congratulations Troy.
