We had been looking for a property for some time. This property was found on the internet, however, we were not in a position at that time to view it as we live some distance from the Northern Rivers and we were looking after a sick relative. I spoke to Troy and he kept us in the loop as much as possible. In the end we had to let it go as it was impossible for us to get away. A couple of weeks later we were up there and called in and met both Troy and his very capable assistant Bek at their office and they said they would keep an eye out for something etc. A week later Troy rang to say the original purchasers had difficulty raising finance and were we interested. We drove up again, saw the property and as they say the rest is history. Troy and Bek have been absolutely wonderful to me during the sale of my family home and farm of 37 years. They were very respectful and understood the emotional process selling my place was for me. During the sale process I have been kept fully informed at all times. All inspection were carried at the time specified and at a time the was suitable to me.
