I was very disappointed with the service provided by Troy, I must say they where not ideal conditions to sell the property as one of my tenants was very ill and was in fact dying (unfortunately I did not know this). I paid for a professional photographer who produced sub standard work, even Troy and the photographer admitted this. They said they would take some more, but did not. I even suggested they approach the property manager for photos as she had some decent ones, but he did not. So I felt that the apartment was not shown in the best light. When we did get a contract it was well below the price we would have liked. When I did get a contract there was no communication from Troy at all after that. This is the first I have heard from him in five months. No thank you for your business, glad the sale went through no after care at all. All the time I felt that he just wanted a quick sale, no trying to get a bit more for the seller. I would not use Ray White again or Troy to buy or sell another property for me.
