Helpful and genuinely nice person to work with

We appreciated Troy's responsiveness and helpfulness in working through a tricky sale. Although some things were out of his control, we felt he tried his best to arrange all the moving parts involved with selling a home. One note of improvement would be having more team members able to support as often scheduling things or getting things done revolved around Troy's availability.
