Troy went out of his way to provide advice and encouragement. When the auction had to be shifted from Saturday to Sunday due to legal requirements (transfer of funds to superannuation on downsizing came into effect on Sunday 1 July) he rearranged his golf time to suit. He provided opinions on market trends and likely selling prices which were extremely useful. Troy has offered to assist me in assessing properties that I am interested in buying. Overall he made the selling experience (my first) less stressful than I had imagined.
