Troy was fine to deal with but was on holidays for a lot of the process of my purchase. I dealt more directly with James who I found a pleasure to deal with and always happy to help with any queries due to my lack of knowledge in purchasing a home! Even getting me dimensions so I could purchase my fridge ahead of time!

As anyone would know, buying a property can be very stressful. Ad into that equation an unusual property, under multiple ownership and as was in my case, two buyers that had to be satisfied, the job was going to be a challenge to say the least. Fortunately the negotiations from price to settlement were expertly handled in a thoughtful and timely manner, allowing me to prepare finance and a serious offer.
