Don't get caught out by the agent that "buys your listing" buy just telling you a nice price. What your getting with Troy is a negotiator that will get you more in your pocket in the end of the day. We had a bad run with the selling of our house, we accepted an offer from our property launch but then a neighbour crashed her car through our garage causing quite a bit of damage to the internal wall.
