Troy was able to sell our property with the minimum of fuss and stress to us. In a difficult situation Troy looked after all our needs and went above and beyond to get the job done quickly and got us the best price possible. Experience will get you more than showy agents that will only look after the buyers interest. Get someone that looks ofter the seller !

Upon initial inspection of the property there was zero ‘selling’ of the house. The door was simply opened for us to inspect the property. We were then told we had to make an offer before we left the home giving no chance to consult with one another and if we texted our offer it would ‘most likely be missed and we wouldn’t be considered’. We were contacted advising we were not the highest but the price was not disclosed so we offered a higher price. We were then contacted again telling us to come to the office to sign and we needed to get there ASAP so they didn’t get any higher offers in the meantime, being completely rushed. We then signed the papers and the agent came across very condescending towards us as we were unaware of the procedure and requirements due to purchasing our first home. The further consultations with the agent were fine possibly due to the fact that now we had been locked in and he was getting a %. Although there was a different agent who did the pre settlement inspection who was amazing and so kind.

We can highly recommend Troy as an absolute professional in his field of real estate. Our experience with Troy exceeds eleven years during which he sold our house, sold us our next house and has now sold our existing house (in 4 days!!!) as we prepare to move on to the next chapter of our lives. My wife and I were extremely interested in a property. We attended the open house and made an opening offer to a representative. We received a call from Troy saying we were low and were instructed to give our highest offer. I gave a fair offer but stated it wasn't our final and Tony stated that our offer was our last chance to secure the property. So my wife and I waited to hear back and we did with a call from Tony saying we were unsuccessful. We were upset. I said to Tony ill make another offer and he refused to accept it. As a recent seller through My Peopperty Group I was shocked. I am sure the seller would like the highest price? So I made another offer anyway and Tony said sorry I won't accept it. 5 minutes later we received a call from Tony stating we had won the property and when I questioned the final price Tony said sorry I have called the wrong people to that I said we want the property I added another 5k to the offer and Tony said come down now and pay the deposit before I get any more calls. We did so and are very happy with our purchase. Im not sure if this was a total play by Tony non the less the fact is that we never met Tony and had an unpleasant dealing with him over the phone. And wouldn't recommend as a seller.
