I'm no pushover when it comes to real estate agents, I've done 30 transactions in the last 10 years and have dealt with a lot of agents. Troy and his team are as good as I've seen. What struck me was how well the whole team worked together, there were no weak links. They communicated really well and we always knew what was going on. Troy is a strong negotiator. Apart from effectively marketing the property, negotiation skills is the number one reason you should employ an agent. Troy was very strong is this area, he didn't give the game away (as so many agents do) and in the end, got us a price much higher than I thought we would.
