About Troy

Troy joined Gary and the team at CLK 17 years ago and worked hard to establish himself in the local real estate scene, culminating in a partnership in 2014. He understands and respects the 104-year-old history at CLK and is honoured to continue the outstanding service offered by our organisation. His ability to connect with people; staff, owners, buyers and the community is a great asset to CLK and his passion and drive to be the best is second to one. Troy is full licensed real estate agent and auctioneer for both NSW and Victoria and has exceptional negotiation skills and excels in the ability to read people and situations. His is recognised for his work ethic and outstanding communication skills and dedication to achieving top results for all CLK clients. With previous experience in the hospitality industry Troy’s personable skills are complemented by his genuine empathy and understanding of clients’ needs. Troy’s family is central to who he is and the most important thing in his life. He is incredibly proud of his family and loves to spend time socialising and travelling both overseas and within Australia. He enjoys staying active and loves his football, having captained the Echuca Football to a grand final in his playing days. He has recently taken up cycling and enjoys the challenge of trying something new.

We have had a very satisfactory experience with the marketing and sale of our home.

Troys advice and knowledge was invaluable. Initially we considered a sale program prior to Christmas 2019 but Troy correctly advised us that a post Christmas campaign could achieve a better result without rushing the sale. Troy kept us abreast of comparable house sales and open house inquiries, with phone calls, emails and face to face meetings and we felt well informed leading into the auction. We were quite comfortable about what to expect on the auction day, and options regarding the sale, whether our home was to sell at auction or post auction. From initial meeting to settlement day, we could not have been happier with Troys professional guidance and industry knowledge.

Troy is friendly, professional and dedicated.

Troy listed our property after a very thorough review as a for sale listing. We were of the opinion that if we sell great, if not, it didn't matter. This was until we purchased another property which forced our hand. Troy and all his staff realized we now needed to sell so he went out of his way to get it sold for the price we wanted. The property sold by Auction, which wasn't our preferred option at the time but got the result we needed. It was a smooth, professional process which we would not hesitate to go with again.
