I engaged Troy to sell my property, and it was sold much more quickly that I'd expected, with no faffing about or stress from his end. The sale price was right in the middle of the range which he initially quoted - and quite a bit higher than my initial expectations. While I didn't expect it to sell so quickly (within 2 weeks), I was very please that it was such a smooth process.
