Excellent experience buying our frankston investment property

A big thank you to Troy for helping us secure our new investment property in Frankston. From the first inspection through to the contract process, Troy was professional, responsive and easy to work with. As this property is intended as an investment, we were keen to start preparing for tenancy as early as possible. Troy was extremely helpful in discussing our request with the owner and successfully negotiating access for prospective tenants to inspect the property 14 days prior to settlement. We really appreciated his proactive approach and willingness to assist beyond the standard buying process. Troy was always available to answer our questions, kept us informed throughout the transaction, and communicated openly and honestly at every stage.
