It briefly outlined his character, skills and knowledge of the real estate market. Once I made contact and entered into a meeting with Troy, I had absolutely no doubt, this was the right person to sell my house. I gave Troy strict instructions, with a very limited time frame and despite the market trend, Troy is true to his word. Troy is the most enthusiastic and honest real estate agent I have ever met. While I was approaching a few agents to sell my house in Baldivis, I put a little "for sale" advertisement on gumtree at the same time. Troy called in response to my gumtree advertisement and I was absolutely impressed with his transparency and enthusiasms. It is well known that real estate agents are number 1 liars in the market place standing hand in hand with car salesmen, but I can assure you that Troy is not one of them. At the end, I tossed between two agents, one is Troy (a complete stranger) and the other one was highly recommended by a friend. After a couple of more conversations with both agents, I began to feel the recommended agent's enthusiasms (probably fake anyway) fading away but not Troy. Whenever I needed more information to make my decision on which agent to go for, Troy was always the one to provide my required info within an hour or so while I waited for days to get some info from other agents. Within a week or so, it has become clear to me who to use to help me sell my house. I feel a lot more comfortable with the "stranger" agent. I finally made my decision to go for Troy based on my personal experience and I can report now that I have absolutely made a right decision. Most likely due to Troy's enthusiasms and David Evan's strategy in advertising, many enquires were received and the house was practically sold before the first home open. I said it was practically sold is because it was sold on condition of the sale of the buyer's own property. To cut the story short, the buyer did get his property sold and Troy was on top of everything in the process. Although the agent who helped to sell my buyer's property created some unethical deeds with respect to REIWA regulations against Troy, Troy handled it very professionally and avoided a show down with the unethical "selfish" agent. The final inspection and the final settlement was done smoothly.
Troy was professional from the first phone call. He went above and beyond the call of duty or work hours to accommodate any questions or concerns. One of my easiest purchase so far. I am an investor and will be purchasing off Troy Richardson again.
