From the first day that Troy and Nadine came to our house for an appraisal to the fantastic result on Saturday we couldn't have been happier with the service we received from Noel Jones Blackburn. Initially I wasn't 100% sure about selling and my husband even less so. Troy and Nadine gave me an estimate of what they thought the house was worth then then sat down and showed me what was happening in our local area. At no time were we ever pressured with constant phone calls as is sometimes the case. We were even recommended a mortgage broker to talk to about finance who was also very helpful.
