I have been considerings to sale this unit since September last year. I did bank valuation and talked with a few agents from different company. However, none of them have confident to sale the unit. Troy has been really helpful after we made deal to sale. I am busy with my own business so decide to do the private sale. The price is good for me and the buyer so I would say this is a win-win deal.
