Troy has been excellent the whole way prior and through the on sale process. Initially I spoke to him months ago but wasn't sure I was 100% ready to proceed. We kept in contact and when I was ready he made the process super simple. Initially we went down the off market route but decided to go with the full on-sale process, which ended up being the right choice. He was easy to deal with, always kept me updated following discussions with prospective buyers & especially the open house (only needed to run 1 in the end). I was able to lean on him for his recommendations for valuations, plus his interactions with buyers - as I am interstate. I was able to get above my asking price, so I am happy with the overall process, as well as the price. Would certainly use him again, and feel he is a great agent who looks out for us as the vendor but also did his best to manage the expectations with the current tenant in the lead up to their lease expiry (and the property was sold with a few months left on the tenancy). - To find a happy medium that was a great outcome for everyone is testament to Troy's work & open communication with all parties throughout the whole process.
