Trudi made our house selection and purchase easy for us, despite us living in a different state. She was truly flexible every step of the way, and adapted to meet our needs. As an example, we found the property over the weekend, and emailed expecting to hear back on the Monday - she called within two hours of email being sent. As we were remote, we could not arrange to view the property quickly, and an offer had already been made. Trudi explained the process clearly for multiple offer, and carried out a viewing via FaceTime. She educated us on the differences between legislation and processes for Queensland versus NSW, as we had not experience of the Queensland system. She communicated regularly throughout the process, and always followed up as committed. It was very refreshing to deal with which such a human and considerate agent - we feel blessed that she was the agent for our eventual property!

Well all I can say is Trudie was exceptional.
