Trudy was an excellent agent. She was very attentive to our needs, listened to our concerns and gave really good advice. She had a deep understanding of the area, the demographic and regularly updated us on sales in the area and when would be a good time to sell. In this time Trudy was not pushy, just informative and she helped us decide on the best time to sell. When it came time to sell we had to change to a private sale (due to COVID restrictions), and individual inspections. Trudy organised a large number of private inspections in a little over a week, and followed up on all them and quickly determined who were showing real interest. We ended up selling very successfully in about 10 days with a short settlement and we were very happy with the result. Overall she was organised, persistent, devoted and easy to talk, we felt very comfortable discussing all things with her. I don't think you could go wrong with choosing Trudy as your agent.
