Id just like to say that Trudy was an amazing real estate agent for us went we recently bought our first family home. Trudy was accommodating when answering our questions and managing the entire process, which can be a very daunting time. Trudy had a great deal of knowlege about the local area which is very helpful as I had not lived in the area we purchased in. Trudy was also a fantastic negotiator on our behave for price and also arranged opportunities for us to speak with the former owners and see the home prior to settlement which was very helpful as there is always questions you have about the home. Overall Trudy was brilliant and I would recommend her and her agency for buying or selling a property in the south. Thank you Trudy.
