Tushar provided us with an exceptional First Home Buyer experience. Where a number of other real estate agents tried to take advantage of us as First Home buyers, Tushar was the direct opposite. He was completely transparent and genuinely friendly from the start. He didn't try to hard sell us or intimidate us with "the market it hot so you better buy fast" rubbish that we had experienced from other real estate agencies. Instead, we provided his insights, gave us honest opinions about the property, took his time to show us around the property and answered all of our questions, including a number of follow up questions after the inspection. He successfully negotiated with the vendor on our behalf to meet a final price that was fair for both us and the sender. He also assisted us with communicating with the vendor to arrange the rectification of defects prior to us moving into our new home. We really feel that Tushar provided genuine service, support and care which made what had up to this point being a very stressful experience to an easy, straightforward experience. Tushar assisted the solicitors on both sides, as well as our bank and the independent home inspectors to work around everyone's availability which helped us to rapidly settle. He even let us back into the house so that we could take measurements for the fridge and furniture. Thank you for your fantastic customer service Tushar.
