Having lived in Clayton for the last 25 years and investing in Clayton for the last 15 years, I reckon I know a thing or two about property investment in the area. If you are someone like me who know the area well, when it comes to buying and selling in Clayton area, you surely cannot go pass Ty Chea. He is probably the most well know agent in the area, with many of the landmark properties bought and sold by him. I have purchased and sold through Ty on several occasions, but the most recent dealings were in 2016 and March 2017. Selling one of my investment property in a not so crash hot market, he manage to get me a very good price, well above my expected reserve price, well above the price of other comparable properties. The same can be said about another property of mine sold through him and his team Liya Wang last year. Minimal fuss and maximum results. I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone who wish to sell with Ty and Liya. Another happy customer. keep up the good work mate.

I am selecting Ty Chea for selling my property at 2/46 Panorama St. Clayton VIC 3168. The first impression was the preparation and knowledge of the market prepared for appraisal of the property was outstanding. the recommendation and the approach on how he was going the sell the property was absolutely great and easy to understand. I did all his recommendations, also i hired the staging company to do my property. The property was looking fantastic in every way. When he recommended to move 4 weeks ads to 3 weeks ads long, i had my reservations. Although, in the end i agreed with 3 weeks ads, it was paid off big time as he reassured me that i had several strong buyers and better to move in quickly rather than wait. It was big pay off. The property was sold above reserved price and so much more. Ty was knowledgeable, competent and energetic, and we feel we got a very good result very quickly. We felt he understood the market and found a good match for the property, where the property met the buyer's needs very well. He could therefore negotiate the sale at a very good price before the proposed auction date.
