In March 2020 we put our unit on the market for auction. We had a lot of interest then Covid 19 started to have an effect on the market which didn't help our situation and the unit was passed in at auction. Our agent Ty Demirezen didn't panic and remained professional throughout the process. He obviously put in the hard yards behind the scenes. He was somehow able to negotiate a price much higher than we were expecting due to the downturn in the market from the Covid 19 lock down. I'd highly recommend Ty as an agent and will seek him out for advice in the future.
