Ty assisted my husband and I purchase our new house. Ty was professional, honest, reliable, proactive and helpful throughout the process. Ty went beyond the level expected of a real estate agent by allowing up to view and measure areas within the house before we took possession and arranging for a drainage issue (that had been overlooked when renovating the property) to be rectified before we took possession of the house. We found Ty to be very friendly and easy to deal with.
