As much as I dislike the whole entire real estate business - since housing should be a human right - and especially rental agents (luckily Ty isn't a rental agent) - Ty is a really nice person for a real estate agent and I would definitely recommend him. Next time I am buying or selling I would feel comfortable contracting his services again. 100% recommend!!!
