We’re so grateful to Ty for helping us sell our home in a really challenging market. He achieved a price within our guide that we were super happy with and supported us through challenging contract negotiations. He was such an excellent communicator, always keeping us informed and responding promptly to our questions. As first-time sellers, we really appreciated a little hand-holding throughout the process. Ty was genuine, calm, unflappable and helpful. We felt supported from start to finish and would happily recommend Ty and the McGrath team to anyone looking to sell their home!

We had an excellent experience purchasing our home with Ty. From start to finish, his communication was outstanding—always prompt, clear, and professional. He truly went above and beyond, speaking on our behalf to the vendor, providing all the relevant information we needed, and ensuring the entire process was as smooth as possible. His professionalism and dedication gave us great confidence throughout the purchase. If we ever decide to sell in the future, Ty will be our first point of contact without hesitation.

From our first meeting, Ty’s transparency and clear communication stood out. He guided me through every step of the process with total honesty, genuine care, and a calm confidence that made it easy to trust him from the outset. He had a clear strategy, executed it perfectly, and within just 9 days, secured an incredible result for us – with multiple buyers competing and a final sale price well above expectations. I can’t thank him enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ty to anyone looking to sell.
