After having dealt with 20+ Real Estate Agents over many years of property changes, I engaged Ty to sell our property. Due to a history of dissapointing efforts by previous agents, I had a rather direct initial conversation with Ty. Then unfortunatley for Ty so did my husband. He took everything on board, committed to our requests and then demonstrated this to us both throughout the entire engagement. Ty exceeded our expectations and proved to be The Real Estate Agent, the one that we felt didn't actually exist. I would only engage Ty from now on to buy or sell any property on our behalf. From the start of when the decision was made to sell our Mother's relocatable Ty was informative and helpful right from the beginning. We were informed at all times via mail and calls of how things were going as far as number of people looking at Mum's home and suggestions along the way. We would have no hesitation using Ty again in the future should the need arise as he was certainly a very pleasant young man to deal with a all times, prompt and always returning calls quickly.
