Ty advised on property improvements and sales process to maximise our value, and went above and beyond in negotiations to secure the best price

Thank you to Ty and his team at Ray White who worked diligently throughout the campaign to secure the right amount of competition which allowed us to achieve a great result for our client's property in Swansea. Their team was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone selling in the local marketplace.

Once I decided to sell the team took over and I felt confident they had my best interests at heart.

Ty and the Ray White East Lake Macquarie team demonstrated exceptional efficiency and professionalism throughout the entire process, from initial contact to the exchange of contracts. Their valuable suggestions proved highly effective, resulting in a successful sale during the first open house. The offer significantly exceeded my expectations, surpassing all my objectives for this engagement.

I'd previously listed my house for sale with another agent and after this being a very long unsuccessful process not resulting in a sale, I contacted Ty Zink and his team at Ray White for advice. Right away, it was obvious that Ty and his team took on a more focused strategy & approach to my needs to get the end result that I was after. I have been genuinely impressed with the professional, strategic, and highly analytical and communication-focused approach that was taken by Ty & his team, which for us has resulted in the sale we needed and the details taken care of that came with a high level of trust and comfort during what otherwise is a very stressful process. I couldn't recommend Ty & the Ray White team highly enough.
