After viewing around thirty houses over a period of about three weeks, I had met quite a few agents. Some were passive-aggressive, some pushy and a lot uninterested, but when I met Tye, he instantly made me feel at ease with his relaxed demeanour. He showed me around the house and didn’t bombard me with information, but answered any questions that I had honestly. He didn’t try and ‘sell’ me the house, he let the house sell itself by showing me its best features, which was really nice. Not only that, he went above and beyond on several occasions with mowing the grass before settlement, doing some needed repairs and servicing the ride on lawn mower. A good part of the reason we bought this house is because of how friendly and professional Tye is, as other agents just didn’t really compare. We purchased a property through Tye. He was great. Nothing was too much trouble. Did what he said he was going to do and in a timely manner. We really appreciated Tye being so flexible with veiwing the property at different times. Would definitely recommend Tye. With regard to Tye's market knowledge I can't comment as I selected the property online and he showed us the property and we brought it without any discussion. This site doesn't allow posting unless all fields are completed and there isn't a not applicable option. Therefore I'm rating Tye 3.5 for market knowledge.
