Tyler Bean listed my property for sale in Almeida Street Indooroopilly. This was an emotional sale for me, as it was the first property I had ever purchased 27 years ago. Prior to the listing, Tyler gave me a price range he thought I should list at, and a range of properities that were comparable. I also obtained an independent valuation, who also gave me a range. I listed the property at the high end of the range. Tyler "launched" the house on Wednesday 30th July 2014, held an open on the Saturday, with33 parties through. I think this speaks for Tylers effective marketing strategy. Tyler started receiving offers on the Monday, and kept in constant contact over the next couple of days. Tyler negotiated with several parties, with the end contract being $40,000 above the asking price ($65,000 above the recommended valuation). I think this speaks for Tylers negotiation skills. Tyler also ensured he negotiated with myself for the purchaser, enabling the purchaser's builders assess to the property prior to settlement. The bond was sufficient in case the works went astray. I would recommend Tyler for his end results, enthusiasm, perserverance and engaging nature.
