Met Tyler to discuss sale and select an agent. He was confident and extremely knowledgeable, explained the process and options clearly, he didn't need to make the meeting about himself like other agents had done when I met them to discuss unit sale. He had done his homework on the building and market and explained to me why particular units had not sold well and the best way to achieve a sale in that market. Took me a while to have tenant vacate unit but once done Tyler reacted quickly and drove the process. We received regular useful feedback throughout. He highlighted a couple of presentation issues before we started and while I was rectifying the issues feedback from buyers confirmed Tylers advice. This was before the market had taken off but he was showing a lot of people through the unit from what must be a good contact pool of buyers. As soon as I resolved the presentation issues the unit sold quickly and for a price well above my expectation.
