We first met Tynan at open for property inspections in Mitcham over the course of the last few years. He came across as a very warm and genuine person which made us immediately comfortable in dealing with him. He also seemed to develop a special relationship with our dog Max too!. Over the years, we have noticed that Tynan has grown significantly in confidence as well as his market knowledge had deepened. Most other agents seem to go over the same spiel but it was clear that Tynan spends time on self-development in improving his skill sets which we believe is now at a standard up an above of an average agent. More specifically his knowledge and research into potential buyers for our home gave us confidence he had his mind on the job and was genuine in his efforts to achieve us a great result. We were very happy to trust both he and Tim to run with our campaign and this proved to be the right decision.
