This is second time i have used Tyrone to sell one of my properties. This property was tenanted and at the tail end of covid, adding additional difficulties around showing prospective buyers and scheduling open house inspections. Tyrone developed an excellent relationship with the tenant and managed to maximise viewing opportunities whilst still respecting the tenants privacy. The sale proceeded without a hitch and achieved a good result in a difficult market. I would not hesitate in using Tyrone for future sales.
