Tyson Benbow
We had absolutely no intention of selling our home with Tyson when we first met him. In fact, we'd all but decided on another agent with an established track record of selling some of the highest-value properties in our area. Our initial contact with Tyson was actually as prospective buyers, enquiring about a property he was selling. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and whether he had anything else coming onto the market that might suit us. During that conversation, he offered to provide a no-obligation second opinion on the value of our existing home. No pressure, no hard sell. He was quite clear that if we were comfortable with our chosen agent, that was absolutely fine. What followed genuinely impressed us. When Tyson arrived, he'd already invested hours preparing comparable sales information and a detailed assessment of our property. After spending another hour or two with us and seeing the extent of the renovations we'd undertaken, he went away and substantially reworked his assessment. Later that Friday evening, after 10 pm, we received an updated appraisal booklet and a considered proposal for how he'd approach selling our home. That level of preparation, effort and commitment, before we'd even agreed to engage him, spoke volumes. Ultimately, Tyson earned our business rather than simply being handed it. Throughout the sales process, he was excellent to deal with and demonstrated the same commitment that had impressed us from the outset. Was absolutely everything perfect? No, and there are always things that could be done better. But that doesn't change our overall experience or the confidence we'd have in working with him again. If we were selling another property tomorrow, I'd happily engage Tyson again. I've already recommended him to others, and I think that's about the strongest endorsement I can give.
