We met Tyson remotely in looking at one of his properties which didn’t meet our requirements. Our process was made difficult by attempting to choose between the Sothebys property and one other on a very tight time schedule, I never thought our ally in negotiating our way through that complex process would be Tyson. Tyson didn’t have to do that and at the same time helped us with some of the finer details in buying a property in what is a foreign market to us with its own distinct rules. On execution of contract Tyson didn’t magically disappear, he continued to work with us to undertake negotiations with the vendor to allow us to make material changes to the property prior to final settlement.
