Impressed with the Professionalism

We first met Tyson when inspecting an open home that we inevitably purchased. We were impressed with the professionalism that Tyson and his team displayed from our initial meeting and the way that his marketing from on-line, right through to the presentation of the open home, all tied together, right down to the music playing in the home that matched the music used in the video advertisement. We felt Tyson’s approach to the purchase was as fair and transparent as it could be, offering all potential purchaser’s the same information and opportunity to purchase. Without seeming pushy, Tyson knew when to apply the right amount of pressure as required to get the sale across the line. We felt that Tyson acted more as the conduit to the sale and as an associate to us and the seller, than he did, a real estate agent. It was this approach that ensured he was the right agent to trust when it came time to the sale of our property. Throughout the sale Tyson remained focused on the result, and the marketing campaign orchestrated by Tyson was second to none, with him managing to secure a front page ‘House of the Week’ for our property in the Courier Mail as well as a number of other free publications that were all due to Tyson’s persistence and hard work. Tyson was patient with us and the market in securing the right buyer for our home, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Tyson to our friends or family and would definitely use Tyson again in the future should the need arise
