I would like to thank Tyson on effecting a sale on my property. I initially had a view on how it should be marketed, it wasn't working, so on the advice of Tyson, we changed tactics and a sale was achieved quickly. There were a few Hiccups, but with Tyson's calmness and expert negotiating these were overcome. Tyson was always in contact with us throughout the negotiations and worked with us and the seller to secure the purchase for us. Tyson assisted us with the transition into our new home by showing us how everything worked, arranging our gym access fob, adding us to the Cova Community Facebook page and generally acting as our "go to" person for any questions we had.
