After scanning the market and talking with many real estate agents on the east coast between Pt Macquarie and the Qld border. Many fast takers that didn't seem to communicate on my level or seemed really aloof. I found Uri to be refreshing, he communicated well so that I understood what was going on, real important given it was my first purchase. Uris style is down to earth and straight on the talk, he didn't fluff around with BS. Uri is really down to earth, given he is an estate agent, but out of all of the agents I spoke with over many months (some with trophies with stuff like 'captains club' on them) Uri was the only one that I felt comfortable with. Really nice young fella, knows his business well and a pleasure to deal with.
