After having our property sit unsold for 4 months without any enquiry, we employed Uri to take over the listing. When I was looking to relocate to Northern NSW a friend recommended Uri. I rang Uri who promptly returned my call and was very honest that he did not have a property in the area that I was looking at buying in. Not long after Uri rang me with a property that was coming on the market. Uri sent me the link from the last listing (2013) so I could have a look. It was the perfect house for me. Poor Uri I rang and messaged him for weeks desperate for the property. Uri returned my many phone calls and texts (Over 500, no joke) and organised me to see the property prior to it going to market. I was blessed as properties were selling only days after gong to market. Uri not only allowed me to see the property prior to it going to market, he helped me negotiate a price while at the same time bending over backwards to help the vendor get the house ready, even giving the vendor moving boxes and supplying trades. I was relocating from suburban Sydney to an acre in Jiggi and Uri was there when I arrived showing me how to use water tanks and all other equipment that I had no prior experience with. Uri continued to give me advice weeks after the settlement giving me advice and providing me with numbers for tradesmen who are hard to come by in the current market. You could not ask for a more friendly, honest and extremely helpful agent. I had many dealings with other agents in the area who often did not even call me back, given that the market here is so hot. Others that I dealt with were not helpful, making me feel that they did not want my business. I rate Uri so highly as an agent and a person. I feel blessed to have found Uri, had I not I would not have found this property nor had all the valuable advice that he gave me and continues to give me. I would not go anywhere else Uri Ross is my forever agent, and I highly recommend him to all vendors and buyers.
