We highly recommend Ursula. She is super professional, genuine, knowledgeable and efficient. There had been several hiccups on our property settlement, but Ursula always updated us in a timely manner and went out of her way to ensure those issues were being look into by relevant parties. She also listened well to our requests, made us feel being well look after.
