She has owned and managed Real Estate offices in Wavell Heights, Boondall, Bracken Ridge, Taigum, and Redcliffe. Despite her numerous accolades, including the coveted top sales award in Queensland, Usha’s heart still races at the thrill of a sale.
Her career boasts a rich history of affiliations with giants like Century 21, L.J Hooker, T.J Walker, Nationwide Realty, and PRDnationwide, before she embarked on her own entrepreneurial journey with Globenet Realty.
Practicing what she preaches, Usha has made smart investments in residential properties, using her deep belief in property investment as a resilient strategy to weather business fluctuations.
As the Director of Chantex Pty Ltd, the umbrella for Globenet Realty and the Brisbane Indian Times, Usha has not only achieved business success but also carved out a legacy of community support. Her continued backing of local schools and the Brisbane Indian Times Community Multicultural Awards exemplifies her dedication to uplifting the community. She was awarded The Joint Citizen Award of Brisbane City in 2019, by the Brisbane City Council.
Usha together with her husband and a group of dedicated teams launched Global Organization of People of Indian Origin (GOPIO) in 2008.
