Quick, efficient with fantastic results

Was an absolute pleasure working with Val. I left everything up to her and whilst she did communicate all actions to me, I requested her input and followed it. One week after our initial contact, she had arranged everything to get the place online and for sale. A week after it was the ad was up and 5 days later I had a signed contract. It was quick and very efficient. Val managed all the aspects of the sale with high professionalism and I really appreciated the clear communication she kept with me. Everyt ime there was an update, Val let me know (often faster than my solicitors). I highly recommend Val and has been an absolute pleasure.
