Val was the agent for the seller of the property that we purchased. When asked a question, Val always responded with the right information in a timely manner. Val went above and beyond to help us on the day of settlement when the management agent (rental unit) was MIA for the purchase pre-inspection, working us into her already busy schedule for the day.
