Through the initial inspection process Valentyna was always friendly and very knowledgeable. When we progressed to the negotiation phase Valentyna handled herself with honesty and integrity. Once we progressed to settlement Valentyna was always available regardless of time of day. To highlight this, late on a Tuesday night as we were signing paperwork Valentyna took the time to go through the entire contract to ensure we fully understood the process and to help us down the track when we decide to buy/sell again. Even after settlement Valentyna has gone above and beyond in making sure we are settled in and have a better understanding of the area.
