I'll start this review by saying Val is the DEAL! We had already made an offer on another house subject to the sale of ours so we were really hoping for a quick sale. Well Val made it happen, we had an offer before it was on the market even 2 weeks! The offer fell through but Val had another even better offer for us before the end of that same day! What a whirlwind. Val was so easy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble, she was always really professional but easy going & down to earth as well. We will be recommending her to anyone wanting to sell or buy & will definitely use her again should we ever need an agent.
