Valerie and Team Timms are professional, knowledgeable and experienced. We followed their suggestions and the House looked great and sold first open for more than we expected.

They marketed our property professionally and expertly. Everything they did was aimed at getting the best price they can for their vendors by matching the requirements of buyers with the characteristics of the vendor's property. Their marketing effort distinguishes their service from others we have come across and accordingly based on our experience we recommend them.

We were very pleased with the way Valerie went about selling our home. It was handled with a great deal of professionalism and concern for what we wanted as to presentation and open inspections. Her ideas as to marketing were second to none.

A big Thankyou, Timms worked very well for us , & being older selling was stressful but the effort Timms staff made it much easier, we have now settled and ppreciate their wonderful effort Thanks & regards David and Joan Jewaskiewitz- Hill
