Vally helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent Communication and Market Knowledge

We had a great experience working with Vally Razko from Harcourts Rata & Co in selling our property in Mernda. Vally is an excellent communicator who kept us well informed throughout the entire selling process. After every inspection, he personally called us with a clear and detailed update, including the number of people who attended, their level of interest, and feedback from potential buyers. We always had a clear picture of what was happening with our property and never felt left in the dark. Vally also demonstrated excellent knowledge of the market and knew how to approach it with the right strategy. He clearly knows what he is doing and communicates his advice with confidence and professionalism. We felt reassured knowing our property was in capable hands. We truly appreciated his transparency, dedication, and consistent communication every step of the way. Thank you, Vally, for your hard work and commitment in helping us sell our property. We highly recommend Vally to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy Real Estate Sales Specialist who genuinely keeps his clients informed throughout the selling process!
